The purpose of the position is to implement and lead improvement activities at the dealer’s business operation, develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives aligning with company goals.

• Implement and lead improvement activities at the dealer’s business operation;
• Analyze current operational processes to identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with dealers to develop and implement effective solutions;
• Develop and execute strategic plans for service initiatives that align with company goals and eanhace dealers performance;
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other operational teams to design and promote new service products meet customer needs;
• Create training materials and provide training sessions for dealers on new product and services to ensure successful implementation;
• Prepare and present reports on performance metrics, progress of initiatives, and status of product development to senior management;
• Other ad hoc duties;

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Business administration, automotive or a related field
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product development, field management, or related roles within the automotive industry
• Proven experience in implementing continuous improvement methodologies, including KAIZEN (continuous improvement)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
• Proficiency in English (Japanese is plus)
• Business analyst, business improvement experience in is a plus
• A spirit of challenge and develop outside of the scope of work is desirable
